Job summary

Wurth Industry North America is seeking a Warehouse Materials Handler for 1st shift in Kansas City, MO. The role includes receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping, with forklift operation as a core skill.

You will verify and label items, handle shipments, and help maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse. Pay is $22 per hour, with eligibility for annual incentive bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of material handling, forklift, or warehouse experience.
• Must pass forklift training and maintain forklift certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software and/or Integrated Logistics Solutions is a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk on a concrete surface 8–10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping.
• Receive/unload freight via forklift, pallet jack, or by hand and visually verify parts.
• Verify quantity of product going into stock and identify overstock.
• Prioritize and fill orders using warehouse equipment and routing to processing area.
• Safely pick correct product and ensure correct packaging, labeling and readiness for shipping.
• Verify shipping orders match slips and load packages.
• Communicate and rectify damages, shortages, or inventory issues.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• All other duties as assigned.
