Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymers in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Material Handler to manage receipt-to-storage of materials and ensure accurate inventory. You will operate forklift and other material handling equipment, transfer materials, and support picking and packing tasks in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and performing electronic transactions, contributing to quality initiatives, and participating in cycle counts and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift certification required or preferred; experience operating material handling equipment a plus.
• Ability to perform accurate inventory transactions and cooperate with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transfer material between locations by loading/unloading trucks and storing materials.
• Maintain accurate records and perform electronic transactions (inventory movement, lot tracking).
• Contribute to quality system through improvements and waste-reduction activities.
• Assist in picking, packing, and other warehouse duties as required.
• Manage warehouse cycle counts and related duties.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and promote Fenner Drives values.
• Related duties as assigned.
