Legacy Paper & Packaging is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Georgia to move and stock materials, pick orders, and maintain precise inventory records. The role uses forklifts and pallet jacks, with attention to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, stocking racks, preparing shipments, and collaborating with the team to meet daily objectives while following established procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of general work experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Move products to appropriate storage areas using forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other handling equipment
• Accurately picking orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE
• Inspect materials for damage and verify shipment accuracy.
• Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Follow instructions and standard operating procedures for handling materials.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task completion and any issues encountered.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
