Mission Technologies in Norfolk, VA, is seeking to manage and maintain inventory for the CNAL Enhaned Quality of Life team. The role supports U.S. Navy operations by ensuring timely and accurate handling of parts and equipment in the Building V-88 warehouse.

The position is full-time and non-exempt, requiring forklift operation, inventory control, and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Teams. A DoD clearance might be required, with potential base access negotiations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years related experience.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift license.
• Proficient with MS Office such as MS Teams and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control and proper storage, documentation, and organization of materials within the warehouse.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming equipment and supplies.
• Prepare, package, and stage materials for safe and compliant transportation.
• Coordinate and complete deliveries of parts and equipment to supported units.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and maintain certifications.
• Use MS Excel and MS Teams to track inventory and generate reports.
