Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a capable Material Handler to join our Pasadena, Texas warehouse team. You will load, unload, and move material, operate forklifts, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

The role requires adherence to safety protocols, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a bi-lingual preference. Prior forklift experience and a valid license are preferred, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow spoken and written instructions and make independent decisions.
• Bi-lingual with fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and perform tasks safely.
• Ability to manage time, adhere to schedules and maintain work pace.
• Prior experience in related work required.
• Possess and maintain forklift or powered industrial truck certification; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material within a warehouse or storage facility.
• Move material using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment to trucks and within storage.
• Receive, unpack, check, and store merchandise or materials.
• Fulfill requisitions and orders.
• Pack, crate, and ship products to distribution centers, departments, or assembly lines.
• Operate forklift when needed.
• Possibly operate a company vehicle to remote facilities to pick up supplies.
• Maintain materials management programs as designed within the warehouse.
• Document and maintain inventory; keep production area organized and clean.
• Keep the warehouse area organized; take out trash and recycle cardboard.
• Operate forklifts to receive shipments, stack and retrieve supplies.
