Job summary

ACT PIPE & SUPPLY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to process and fulfill orders, handle incoming shipments, and maintain organized warehouse operations. The role requires basic warehouse knowledge, strong communication, and attention to detail.

No prior experience is required, but experience in warehouse, order pulling, or customer service is preferred, with a valid forklift certification and a high school diploma or GED. Safety-minded and reliable team members are valued.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill orders; enter purchase order data into inventory system.
• Pull orders and prepare shipping paperwork for UPS or LTL shipments.
• Stock shelves and organize storage areas using a forklift.
• Take inventory and identify items to reorder or replenish.
• Assist with delivering to customers and recording deliveries.
• Answer customer questions and advise on stock selection.
• Create and issue sales quotes daily.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.
