Job summary

JOA Human Resources is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage receiving, storing, and distributing components and assemblies. You will pick items per shop orders, record on the system, and ensure correct locations. The role requires forklift certification, basic math, and teamwork to support shipping and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities include packing, loading, and assisting with shipping documentation, with emphasis on safety and accuracy. High school diploma and 1–3 years' experience expected.

Qualifications

• Requires education generally equivalent to a High School Diploma and some specialized training.
• Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Requires mathematical skills with basic arithmetic, conversions.
• Good verbal and written communication with employees.

Responsibilities

• Picks manufactured and commercial items per shop orders and delivers to assembly or staging areas.
• Picks items per customer orders and delivers to shipping area.
• Receives items from shop orders and records receipt in the system.
• Stores items in designated areas and records locations.
• Performs preventive maintenance on forklifts and checks handling equipment.
• Participates in inventory cycle counts and related tasks.
• Unloads trucks and signs bills of lading.
• Packs parts for shipping and assists with international/domestic shipping information.
