Job summary

Retaaza is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee receiving, sorting, and packing of local farm products, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate vendor communications. This role also serves as backup delivery driver for metro Atlanta.

Based at our Westside warehouse, the successful candidate will ensureFood Safety and Quality Assurance, maintain records, and uphold efficient warehouse operations with hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food distribution warehouse setting preferred.
• Fork lift certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and inventory systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments; verify quantities and quality.
• Follow Food Safety procedures for storage and transport.
• Lead on the Food Safety program; maintain records and escalate issues.
• Pick and pack orders for customers and internal teams.
• Organize inventory; update internal systems and perform cycle counts.
• Operate delivery vehicles and assist customers during delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse.
