Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy is seeking a warehouse operator-cooler to perform a mix of picking, pulling, and building orders. Responsibilities include palletizing products, loading/unloading, and staging materials for delivery in a cooler, freezer, or dock environment.

Applicants should be forklift certified and able to work as part of a team. Positions require basic math, clear communication, and the ability to follow directions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred or required where noted.
• Able to read, write and speak English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, pulling, and building orders to prepare shipments.
• Stack pallets and load/unload materials for outgoing delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment safely in warehouse, cooler, or dock areas.
• Work at any station or line as assigned and support team goals.
