Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy is hiring warehouse operator-cooler professionals to support fast-paced picking, pulling and building orders, palletizing, loading, unloading, and staging for delivery.

You may work across multiple stations in a cooler, freezer, or dock setting while operating material handling equipment safely. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Certification and/or License - may require forklift, walk behind jack, or other related work certifications.
• Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse/cooler team.
• Able to perform accurate basic math computations and inventory counts.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing (including legible writing).
• Able to perform routine machine adjustments.
• Able to adapt to changing situations and perform tasks as assigned.
• Able to follow directions.
• Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform any combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing delivery, and working any station or line that is assigned.
• Safely operate various material handling equipment and machinery within a warehouse, cooler, freezer or dock environment.
