Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must lift 80–100 lbs several times per shift.
• Must lift carpet padding weighing 80–100 lbs from floor to above shoulder height.
• Vision correctable to 20/40.
• Must operate lift truck controls.
• At least 2 years' experience in a warehouse position.
• Ability to operate forklift equipment and pass lift truck certification.
• Experience with banding and wrapping machines is helpful.
• Working knowledge of AS400 system or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Forklift certified and operate all types of lift truck equipment in the facility.
• Operate banding and wrapping machines.
• Load/unload trailers and prepare orders.
• Interact with customers picking up orders.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.
