Mantrose Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load and unload pallets, operate a forklift, and ensure accurate shipping and receiving processes. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, attention to safety rules, and independent work capability within a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities include inventory handling, proper LOT rotation, and collaboration with supervisors to maintain efficiency. A valid forklift certification and high school diploma are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years shipping/receiving preferred.
• Must handle physical workload.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and shipping operations.
• English reading/writing required; English/Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Load/unload pallets, bags, and cases using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Operate forklift to move, stack, stretch wrap, and count items.
• Coordinate with customer staff and delivery personnel.
• Act as Order Filler and Checker as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and paperwork.
