IDEXX in Memphis is hiring a Forklift Certified Clerical Supply Chain Associate to support warehouse operations at the Memphis Distribution Center. The role blends clerical tasks with hands-on inventory and material handling, using WMS and RF scanners to ensure accurate inbound receiving and efficient storage.

This 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and cross-training across receiving, inventory, and shipping.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience (required).
• At least 2 years of warehouse, distribution, receiving, or inventory control experience (required).
• Experience receiving inventory and processing inbound shipments using computerized inventory or warehouse management systems (required).
• Strong computer skills, including experience working within inventory management, warehouse management, or ERP systems (required).
• At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and powered industrial equipment, including reach trucks and dock stockers (required).
• Experience using RF scanners and computerized inventory tracking systems (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with team members and leadership (required).
• Strong attention to detail with experience accurately reviewing inventory transactions, quantities, product descriptions, and shipment documentation (required).
• Ability to balance clerical responsibilities with hands-on warehouse and material handling activities (required).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment (required).
• Coachable, adaptable, and open to cross-training and continuous improvement opportunities (required).
• Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication (required).
• Comfortable working from varying heights while operating warehouse equipment and performing inventory tasks (required).
• Able to meet the physical and environmental requirements of working in a warehouse setting, including extended standing and sitting, frequent computer use, lifting up to 50-70 lbs., and working near moving industrial equipment and in varying temperature environments (required).

Responsabilidades

• Receive inbound shipments using warehouse management systems and enter into inventory.
• Verify incoming products against POs, packing slips, and shipment docs.
• Unload received product and transport inventory using powered equipment.
• Operate reach trucks, dock stockers, forklifts, pallet jacks to move/store materials.
• Put away received inventory into designated locations maintaining accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory movement and transactions.
• Support picking, packing, labeling, loading, and shipping as needed.
• Verify item numbers, descriptions, quantities, and transactions for accuracy.
• Perform clerical/inventory admin functions.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals and adapt to business needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe warehouse environment following procedures.
• Participate in cross-training across receiving, inventory, clerical, and warehouse functions.
