Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply, a family-owned roofing and building products distributor with 100+ locations, is seeking a Warehouse Helper. Under the Branch Manager, you will operate the forklift and perform material handling in a safe, customer-focused manner at our Romulus, MI location.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and safety; you'll stock, receive, and move materials, assist customers, and help keep yard and trucks presentable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions.
• Forklift Licensed/Certified.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds continually.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the forklift to move material within the warehouse.
• Receive materials from vendors and verify quantities.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain orderly warehouse and yard.
• Support loading for customer and branch vehicles.
• Provide assistance to customers with materials and delivery issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
