Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or GED is required.
• Requires at least 2 years of work experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklift and pallet jack.
• Must be able to acquire forklift license in a timely manner.
• Strong math and attention to detail skills are required.
• Must be able to effectively multi-task assignments.
• Maintains good attendance and able to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to follow instructions, safety rules and regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, UPS Software, and FedEx Software.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in department/shift/team meetings.
• Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Complete incoming inspection testing and reconcile receiving/purchase documentation.
• Document receipts (Packing Slips) to support computer system entries.
• Understand customer requirements and strive to meet or exceed expectations.
• Perform and review daily receiving entries in the computer system.
• Maintain daily raw material and critical supply inventories.
• Maintain inventory areas, organize racking, and conduct cycle counts.
• Transfer original documents to purchasing for distribution.
• Follow all Standardized Work Instructions and safety guidelines.
