Kids for the Future is seeking a Material Handler to efficiently supply materials to the production line and support daily operations.

The role involves moving pallets, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining precise inventory records while following safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates should have forklift certification, experience in logistics, and strong teamwork skills to support production and shipping activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics environment is required.
• Certified to operate a sit-down forklift and/or extended fork pallet jacks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth logistics and inventory management, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
• Transports finished goods pallets to appropriate staging locations for final packaging and ultimately delivery to the shipping warehouse.
• Breaks down raw material dunnage and transfers materials to designated carts or pallets.
• Transports materials to designated locations using manual lift, carts, push-racks, pallet jacks.
• Safely loads and unloads materials from trucks, pallets, and rack shelves.
• Accurately picks, packs, and stages materials for shipment or distribution.
• Maintains accurate records of inventory movements and reports discrepancies or damages.
• Follows safety protocols to minimize risk of accidents or injuries.
• Collaborates with warehouse team members and production supervisors to prioritize tasks.
• Adheres to company policies for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
