Reily Foods Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dedicated forklift operator for our first shift. You will receive, store, and ship product using a scan gun, and perform routine safety checks in a GMP environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of forklift or warehouse experience, basic math and counting skills, and strong teamwork. We offer comprehensive benefits and a stable, family‑oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of forklift and/or warehouse experience.
• Basic ability to use a scan gun, forklift certification, basic math and inventory/cycle counting.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to follow rules and directions.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and self-leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to receive, handle, and store product per HACCP and GMP.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Ensure all equipment is stored at the end of shift.
• Use the scanning system to create accurate locations and perform inventory transactions.
• Inspect inbound materials and products for damages and discrepancies; report issues to QA/Leadership.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and inventory of receiving area.
• Read and follow daily instructions regarding expectations and specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and report any injury or unsafe condition.
