Job summary

Express Employment International (US) is seeking a forklift operator to transport supplies and parts for fabrication. The role involves maintaining inventory, operating a forklift, and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Minnesota.

The candidate should be forklift certified or able to obtain certification, possess strong English communication, and demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisor/Lead to set up operations and minimize downtime.
• Organize, store, and transport parts and supplies, with proper paperwork (routers, part numbers).
• Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages/overages.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Complete transactions in Oracle accurately and promptly.
• Assist operators to deliver fabrication parts to maximize department efficiency.
• Move empty pallets/baskets and place parts in proper locations.
