Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved.
• Move materials from receiving or production areas to designated areas.
• Open boxes and sort materials according to standard work.
• Fill requisitions and distribute stock to production areas.
• Mark materials with identifying information and ensure conformance to policy.
• Weigh or count items for distribution accuracy.
• Operate forklift or other material handling equipment when needed.
• Support 5S/workplace organization goals and suggest improvements.
