Job summary

JM & Associates in Wixom, MI is seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our Supply Chain team. This full-time, on-site role counts inventory, reconciles discrepancies, and supports shipping and receiving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 months of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong attention to detail. Proactive problem solving, reliable attendance, and the ability to work well with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Investigate shortages, overages, and inventory variances
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
• Verify inventory accuracy and report findings to management
• Assist with physical inventories and inventory improvement initiatives
• Operate a forklift safely (certification required)
• Use Microsoft Office and inventory systems to maintain records
• Follow all company safety, quality, and inventory procedures
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related duties as assigned
