Job summary

You’ll use the Orders App to support inventory accuracy, maintain SIMS compliance, and work with leadership to resolve short picks. Certification for forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck is required if not already held.

Qualifications

• Must be able to input, access, modify, or output information on a computer.
• Experience with retail tech such as smartphones and tablets is required.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (required if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect and fulfill customer orders on time; keep staging areas clean and safe.
• Deliver service by selecting quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and routing to the right associates.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment per safety rules.
• Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App, SIMS compliance, and leadership to resolve short picks.
• Complete admin and readiness tasks: audits, follow-ups, locker management; report safety or theft promptly.
• Build a customer-first approach with strong communication and teamwork daily.
• May be assigned other duties to support business needs.
