Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods in Topeka, KS is seeking an Associate 2 for the Distribution Center to pick, stage, and load pallets for transport. The role requires forklift experience, basic math skills, and a preference for English/Spanish bilingual abilities.

This full-time position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a chance to grow within a family-owned company. Responsibilities include loading trucks, rotating and packaging products according to guidelines, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/Distribution Center experience is required.
• Must have a valid forklift certification as position will require regular use of a forklift.
• The position will require basic math.
• English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picks, stocks, and stages pallets of finished products according to company policies.
• Loads and unloads trucks with pallets of finished products.
• Rotates, wraps, and prepares products according to company and customer guidelines.
• Moves products and pallets using a pallet jack or a forklift.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• May assist in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Regular attendance and punctuality required.
