Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Forklift Certification Specialist to lead safety training programs and validate PIT operator skills at our McDonough Validation/Career Center. You will deliver classroom and hands-on training, assess operator performance, maintain records, and ensure OSHA compliance while supporting data tracking with Excel and Power BI.

The role requires strong documentation, organization, and collaboration with safety teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; PIT instruction training a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating and/or training on forklift equipment.
• Train-the-Trainer certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of forklift operation, OSHA standards, and safety best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Power BI experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on forklift safety training for new hires and experienced operators.
• Evaluate candidates through written assessments and practical demonstrations of forklift operation.
• Maintain accurate training records, skill evaluations, and site-specific certifications.
• Use Excel and Power BI to track, analyze, and report training data; identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to address forklift-related safety concerns.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for PIT operations during client visits and presentations.
• Participate in site safety audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a team-oriented, safety-first culture in the validation center.
• Represent EmployBridge professionally during client engagements.
