This role requires forklift operation, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, forklift certification, and experience with warehouse software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Operator certification preferred.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software applications.
• Spanish or another secondary language is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Experience conducting safety audits and training sessions.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Strong time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard with safety in mind.
• Distribute inventory to storage areas and rotate stock regularly.
• Collaborate with team to support a team-first culture.
• Operate forklift and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
