Responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including equipment and products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to achieve and maintain world-class quality. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to enhance the plant's performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Minimum Requirements:
  • Basic math skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous food manufacturing experience (preferred)
Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate and maintain assigned machines and equipment to meet daily orders
  • Follow all safety procedures, including wearing PPE
  • Monitor product quality to meet or exceed standards
  • Read and adhere to standard warehouse policies
  • Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely
  • Arrange for maintenance and repairs when needed
  • Complete safety observations and maintain a clean work area
  • Verify components before starting work and complete all documentation clearly
  • Participate in Total Process Control (TPC) activities
  • Oversee and participate in warehouse operations
  • Maintain regular attendance and work overtime as needed
  • Follow programs and policies to produce safe, quality foods compliant with regulations
  • Adhere to Food Safety and Quality Principles
  • Work around ingredients and products containing allergens
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Salary Range: $24.24 - $39.13
