Ken’s Foods, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator for our Production department on 2nd Shift in Marlborough, MA.

The role involves efficiently supplying materials to all production lines and moving finished products, with a starting rate of $24.00 per hour. The candidate will follow safety, SQF, GMP, and housekeeping rules, operate a forklift in a potentially hazardous environment, and manage packaging schedules, FIFO, inventory counts, scanning systems, and daily paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Drug test, background screening, and pre-employment assessment required.
• Able to safely operate a forklift in a potentially hazardous environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety, SQF, GMP, and housekeeping rules and regulations.
• Operate fork truck in a potentially hazardous environment (wet, sloped floors, heavy pedestrian traffic).
• Comprehend and follow packaging schedules, ensuring correct raw materials are delivered to the packaging lines in timely basis.
• Understand FIFO.
• Knowledge of inventory and cycle counts.
• Responsible for proper use and maintenance of the scanning system.
• Daily safety and maintenance check of vehicle.
• Cleaning daily (removal of all drums/packaging materials).
• Properly and accurately completing paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY
