Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 3rd shift to load, unload, and move materials around the plant. The role requires operating a forklift, following safety standards, and maintaining a clean work area in a fast-paced environment.

Overtime is mandatory based on production schedules. We offer comprehensive benefits and a compensation range of $17.65–$20.76 per hour, aligned with location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be certified by CW Services to operate a forklift.
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions.
• Ability to write intelligible reports.
• Knowledge of plant layout and material locations.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Stand-up forklift experience is a plus.

Job TitleFork Truck Driver - 3rd ShiftJob Description SummaryThe forklift operator is responsible to load/ unload and move materials (trash/ recyclables/ Cardboard) by hand or with basic material handling equipment. Operate a variety of forklift equipment to load, unload and move materials around the Plant.Job DescriptionPay: $20.76Schedule: Sunday-Thursday. Sunday (7:00pm-6:00am), Monday-Thursday (9:30pm-6:00am).OT is mandatory and based on production schedule.Maintain the facilities equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.Comply with OSHA and SDS Standards.Work environment will consist of regular exposure in a manufacturing setting.Fast-paced environment and repetitive tasks.Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, and pivot.Overtime is mandatory and based on production schedule.Experience1+ years of previous industrial material handling experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.Training is available to candidates based on applicant experience in related fields.Stand Up Fork Truck experience a plus.Skills/KnowledgeAbility to maintain forklift certification.Ability to read and interpret written instructions and to write intelligible reports.Knowledge of plant lay out including location of materials.Plant safety policies and procedures.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Must be certified by C&W Services to operate fork-lift before he/she can be put to work.
