Job summary

CJ Logistics America is looking for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts, ensuring products are loaded, unloaded, and transported accurately within our warehouse.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of forklift or warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. We offer a competitive compensation package, including health insurance, 401(k), and opportunities for advancement.

Job Summary

Lift Your Career to New Heights with CJ Logistics! Join us as a Forklift Operator and become the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to ensure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored, making a tangible impact on the supply chain.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay Range: $20.28 per hour
• Bi‑weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay
• Schedule: 1st shift Monday‑Friday 6:30 AM‑3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets
• Assist with manual case picking when directed
• Prepare products for shipment with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving
• Tackle other duties as directed, all within training and expertise

• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Battery and propane safety training or certification is a bonus
