CJ Logistics America is seeking a Forklift Operator in Joliet, IL to safely operate forklifts and manage loading/unloading, picking, and storage to support efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires 6+ months of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and offers a base pay of $20.28/hour with a bi-weekly bonus. The first shift runs Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm, with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed.
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays.
• Tackle other duties as trained and required.

• Pay Range: $20.28 per hour
• This position is eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay.
• Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
