Job summary

Webasto Group in Lexington, KY seeks a Material Handler to support production and logistics. You will perform forklift movements, unload inbound goods, and ensure timely delivery to the line while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous hi lo experience.
• Results-oriented team player, excellent attendance, high energy level and good attention to detail.
• Must be able to work required hours.
• Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be cross-trained on various processes, machines, and products.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Unloading of trucks and delivering goods to the designated area.
• Loading of trucks with goods and returnable containers.
• Move materials from storage to production line as needed.
• Withdraw empty containers from production line and remove labels.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

• 4:00 AM-4:00 PM6-7 days a week. Overtime required.
• Physical material movements (storage, relocation, removal, scrapping) using a forklift, tugger, or other material movement tools
• Unloading of trucks and delivering goods to the dedicated area
• Loading of trucks with goods, returnable containers, etc.
• Bringing materials from the supermarket to the production line
• Withdrawing empty containers from the production line and removing labels
