Job summary

Attindas Hygiene Partners in Delaware, Ohio is seeking Forklift Operators for Second Shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) and Third Shift (10:30 PM–7:00 AM). Starting pay is $20.00+ per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a forklift operator, you will move materials, prepare merchandise for transport, and perform basic forklift maintenance while coordinating tasks by radio. Requirements include two years of certified forklift experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to pass a drug screen

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Two years' experience as a certified forklift operator.
• Experience working with heavy machinery.
• Ability to work on second shift.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Move materials around the plant using a forklift.
• Prepare merchandise and secure it for transport.
• Use radio communications to determine priorities and coordinate tasks.
• Perform regular maintenance on forklifts and related equipment.

Your Role:

The Forklift Operator, or Lift Truck Driver, is a certified warehouse or manufacturing associate responsible for controlling heavy machinery to move materials around a work site. Their duties include preparing merchandise and securing it for safe, easy transport, using radio communications to determine priorities and performing regular machine maintenance on forklifts and other tools.
