Job Description: Production Associate - Level I

We are seeking a talented Production Associate - Level I to join our manufacturing team at the Cummins Inc. facility in Morristown, TN. In this role, you will:

• Ensure Safety: Promptly report hazards and incidents, and use personal protective equipment to maintain a safe work environment.
• Promote Environmental Responsibility: Recognize and minimize environmental impacts, contributing to sustainability efforts.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Follow standard work procedures and perform quality inspections to ensure product quality.
• Identify and Address Issues: Raise concerns about non-conforming materials and processes to prevent quality and cost issues.
