Job summary

McWilliams is seeking a Forge Supervisor to lead our drop forge and screw press operations in a hands-on manufacturing setting. You will oversee a skilled hourly team, drive safety, quality and productivity, and own continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership, union-free manufacturing experience, and the ability to manage schedules, tooling and process standards in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in heavy industrial forging environments.
• Experience supervising hourly manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across drop forge and screw press areas.
• Plan production to meet output targets and delivery schedules.
• Coach and develop a high-performing hourly team.
