Job summary

Markit! Forestry is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead forestry projects from bidding to execution at our Colorado Springs office. You will generate cost estimates, manage contracts, schedules, and budgets, and collaborate with field personnel to ensure quality and timelines.

Travel up to 25% is required, and you will report to the Vice President of Operations. A degree in Construction Management, Forestry, or Engineering and PMP certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication.
• Experience managing forestry projects and contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee forestry projects from bidding through execution, including cost estimates and schedules.
• Read and manage complex contracts, prepare budgets and controls.
• Collaborate with field personnel and obtain permits/licenses; conduct site visits.
