Lucas Tree Experts in Rocky Mount, NC is hiring a Specialty Equipment Operator to operate brush hog mowers and other forestry equipment, perform line clearance, pruning, and vegetation removal. This is a full-time, year-round outdoor role demanding physical labor.

The company provides free on-the-job training, licensing and certifications paid by the company, and wage increases as you advance. Candidates must have CDL, be able to work 45 hours weekly, be 18+, and pass a drug screen, background

Qualifications

• Must have CDL.
• Must be able to work 45 hours weekly.
• Must be 18+ with a HS Diploma/GED.
• Must pass post-offer physical, drug screen, background and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manual removal of vegetation from work areas.
• Safely operate forestry equipment (woodchipper, hydraulic equipment, chainsaws) and perform line clearance, pruning and removals.
