Under limited supervision, performs full-performance level work focusing on technical and field duties in forest management. Reports to the nearest Forestry location. Responsibilities include fire prevention, preparedness, suppression, community engagement, training and managing fire personnel, conducting investigations, and supporting logging and compliance activities. Provides technical advice to landowners, prepares stewardship plans, and reviews reports on forest pests and diseases. Coordinates with other agencies as needed.
