Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools including Excel, Word, Outlook, and GIS.
• Strong time management skills.
• Confidence working independently or collaboratively.
• Practical skills in operating and maintaining equipment.
• Willingness to work full-time, including weekends during peak seasons.

• Operate forklifts, farm tractors, and nursery equipment safely.
