Job summary

Cinteot Inc. is seeking a Forescout Cyber Security Engineer to safeguard our IT infrastructure. You will manage security controls and enhance detection capabilities in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires expertise in Windows/Linux administration, network design, and DoD 8570 certifications. Top candidates can obtain required clearances and will contribute to enterprise risk assessments with big data analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems administration experience (Windows/Linux).
• Experience architecting IP networks and documenting topologies.
• Knowledge of data center, WAN, LAN in virtualized environments.
• Clearable TS/SCI with CI polygraph potential.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certs (Security+ CE, CCNA-Sec, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND).
• Ability to obtain CSSP-IS prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with teams and communicate security concepts to varied audiences.
• Manage infrastructure and cybersecurity controls, detections, and event correlation.
• Contribute to risk and vulnerability assessments using big data analytics.
