Pike Industries, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Foreperson for Plants and Asphalt to coordinate asphalt plant activity in Washington, ME. This role requires supervisory experience and strong organizational skills.

You will communicate daily workload and help schedule liquids, aggregate, and plant start-up, using basic computer skills to keep operations on track. The position offers $30–$33 per hour with a $10/hour shift differential, OT after 8 hours, paid time off, and generous benefits

What you can expect:

• $30.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential.
