Responsibilities

Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for a Forensics Engineer/Project Manager to join our dynamic Diagnostics Group. The qualified candidate will have relevant experience acquiring Structural Diagnostics business with either an industrial or commercial structure focus. Project Management experience is required.

The Forensics Engineer/Project Manager will manage the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects, focusing on restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics work. The role also involves marketing, business development, and growth of the Diagnostics Group. Experience and interest in restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, water infiltration, building envelope issues, and forensic engineering are essential.

The candidate should be a self-motivated, energetic project manager capable of working within a team, serving clients on major projects across the U.S. and internationally. Technical expertise, proactivity, and assertiveness are required to meet client and project needs.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures (preferred)
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with proven growth
  • P.E. license is required
  • Litigation/forensics experience and relationships with attorney/insurance clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills, including people management and customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The annual salary range for this position is $110K - $130K in San Francisco, dependent on experience, skills, location, and internal factors. Walter P Moore reserves the right to adjust the offer accordingly.
