Walter P Moore has an immediate opening for a Forensic Architect/Project Manager to join our dynamic Diagnostics Group. The qualified candidate will have relevant experience in forensic architectural design, construction, moisture intrusion, and building enclosure components. Experience with premises liability claims and/or accessibility standards is a plus. Project management experience is required.
The Forensic Architect/Project Manager will manage the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects, focusing on forensics, premises liability, and building enclosure work. Additionally, the role involves marketing, business development, and growth of the Diagnostics Group. The candidate should have experience and interest in restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, water infiltration, and building envelope issues.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and a team player capable of serving clients on major projects across the U.S. and internationally. Technical expertise, proactivity, and assertiveness in client and project needs are essential.
As a hybrid firm, Walter P Moore offers flexible work options, including in-office and remote work. Candidates should be able to commute or travel periodically to the office. A one-time $1,000 stipend and a $50 monthly stipend are provided to support home office setup and expenses.
