Ideal candidates will possess a B.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering, over 10 years of experience, and be a Licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee. Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee preferred.
• Strong proficiency in relevant engineering codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Investigate failure cause & origin in building systems.
• Conduct fieldwork to document damage from events.
• Manage multiple engineering projects on time and within budget.

Skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Fieldwork experience

Proficient in ICC, ASCE, AISC, ACI, NDS codes and standards

Education

B.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited)
