Pittsburgh Mercy is hiring for a full-time clinician to provide face-to-face individual, group, and family-focused behavioral health management. The role emphasizes evidence-based outpatient care through Community Treatment Teams serving Allegheny County.
You will work with psychiatrists, develop stage-based treatment plans, manage clinical situations, and coordinate with parole/probation. On-call duties include a $200/day reimbursement and a strong benefits package.

This position will use face-to-face individual, group psychotherapy, and family-focused behavioral health management techniques to provide assessment and behavioral health supports. Community Treatment Teams (CTT) is the highest level of outpatient care with opportunities to serve the neediest in the community through an evidence-based approach.
This is an Exempt (salary) position. Primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with rotating evening shift (1p-9p) as part of a team on a fixed schedule. Some weekends and holidays may be required. On Call services are required and rotate as part of a team.
