Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs administrative staff in the Forensic Services Department, including Analysts and Office Technicians.
• Formulates local administrative forensic procedures and monitors timeliness and accuracy of duties.
• Coordinates hospital flow under supervision of leadership and cooperates with other DSH divisions.
• Working with Department of State Hospitals to reduce patient wait lists and ensure legal compliance.
• Provides training on commitment procedures and implements tracking databases for census and case work.
