Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and two years of related experience, or an equivalent mix of education and direct experience.
• Experience working with behavioral health patients and treatment teams.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and communicate changes to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including eating, bathing, and mobility.
• Assist in crisis situations and help de-escalate patients who may be symptomatic and agitated.
• Monitor patients for safety and complete checks at required intervals, including one-to-one when needed.
• Provide feedback to the nursing staff and treatment team regarding observed symptoms.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all patients.
