Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in a related role.
• Professional licensure such as P.E. or NCARB is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage investigations, assessments, and repair projects.
• Oversee multiple assignments concurrently.
• Mentor and direct production staff for productivity.
• Develop repair design solutions for damaged structures.
• Manage billing for projects and prepare proposals with leadership.
• Meet with clients to coordinate opportunities and contracts.
• Provide internal review of documents for accuracy and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
