Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform building surveys and investigations throughout the NYC/NJ area.
• Document conditions through photographs and structured field notes.
• Evaluate observed conditions with senior architects and engineers.
• Assist with exploratory probes and construction-phase site visits.
• Translate building conditions into practical plans considering client priorities.
