Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Pediatric CARE Team at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital. The role includes independent pediatric examinations and consultations in inpatient, outpatient, and ED settings, with on-call duties as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The APP will report to the Medical Director and collaborate with attending physicians. Candidates must have Acute Care Certification, a Master’s degree, and Tennessee licensure.

Qualifications

• Requires Acute Care Certified nursing practitioner or physician assistant credential.
• Master's degree in nursing or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent pediatric medical examinations and consultations on inpatient, outpatient, and ED settings.
• Provide forensic medical examinations/consultations and generate consultation reports.
