Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Forensic Service Representative in Lenexa, KS, with a 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule Monday through Friday. The role involves client service, clerical tasks, and maintaining chain-of-custody documentation while adhering to lab quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by email/phone, following SOPs, and coordinating with processing and certification teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service or lab experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client inquiries daily by email, SF, or phone and resolve issues promptly.
• Adhere to SOP protocols and laboratory guidelines.
• Troubleshoot records and chain of custody issues.
• Assist in record and specimen handling investigations.
• Interface professionally with internal and external clients to resolve issues.
