Job summary

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in forensic engineering, structural engineering, construction consulting, or building inspections.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, structural systems, and construction materials.
• Willingness to travel to inspection sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience investigating foundations, roofs, structural failures, and water intrusion.
• Experience supporting insurance claims and construction-related litigation.
• Previous expert witness, deposition, or courtroom testimony experience.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction standards.
